POLICIES
• Please arrive early, doors will be locked as soon as the session begins.
• Park on street, using meters, or in municipal lot across the street.
• Avoid eating 2 - 3 hours before class.
• Bring your own yoga mat.
• If you don’t have a mat, rental will be available for $1 ( cleaning fee ).
• Bring towel to Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes.
• Please avoid wearing perfume or scented lotions to class.
